Hi Everyone!

I'd like to thank you all for your participation in 2011 and wish you a great 2012!  From picking up litter to helping with the new bulletin boards or helping with the fogger, your assistance is greatly appreciated.  It's what makes our community the best.  Thank you, thank you, Thank you!

I will do my best to make sure the Minutes and other pertinent information is posted on this website.  Comments and constructive criticism are always welcome.  I'll do my best as I continue as the President of Boa Shores.  Thank you for your support.  So many of you have helped me and without that I wouldn't be able to do it.

 I'd also like to thank the other members of the Board!  Thank you to the board member leaving, Pat Ficht for all her work and helping out with taking the minutes.  And welcome to Scott Loudenber as a new board member. There's still a position open as a board Director.

 I look forward to a great 2012!  Boa Shores is here all year round, and I hope you all get to experience the beauty of Bass Lake in the cooler weather as well as in the warm summer sun.  

Guy Tardy is the chairman of the picnic for 2012.  He has welcomed anyone that would like to be on the committee.  He lives at the corner of Donald Dr. & Hillcrest Dr. in the split level home.  

There were changes made from the original minutes that were sent out via email.  Megan Flanigan withdrew her offer to be a Board Director.

More Information

The yearly dues are $100 per household.  The dues cover insurance, utilities, property taxes, and the maintenance of the Beach & Triangle.
