Boa Shores Property Owners Improvement Association

Boa Shores Boat Club is separate from Boa Shores Home Owners Improvement Association (BSPOIA).

BSPOIA leases riparian rights to the Boat Club. The connection between the two entities is apparent since you must be a member in good standing with the BSPOIA to become and remain a member of the boat club to lease a boat slip.  Boat Club membership is an additional cost.

The Boat Club has its own By-Laws, separate Officers and Directors with meetings that are held after the Boa Shores P.O.I.A. Spring and Fall meetings.

Please Note:  If you do not see your BSPOIA Tag ID above and you are certain that you've paid your 2012 Boat Club dues, do not worry.  The most likely reason being that neither the BSPOIA nor the Boat Club know your Tag ID number.  We will not place personally identifiable information onto the website.
