“Boa Shores" Property Owners Improvement Association is different from "Bass Lake" Property Owners Association. They are very easy to confuse, so please be carefully aware!

Living in Boa Shores is also a responsibility.  Membership to the Boa Shores Property Owners Improvement Association is in conjunction with membership to the Bass Lake Property Owners Association.  Bass Lake Membership is separate from, and affords additional amenities than does Boa Shores.

The Bass Lake Property Owners Association has recently updated the Community Center and it's available for rent.  It's a great facility and BLPOA members get a discount!

The Challenge in ON!  I Know there are weekenders that would be happy to help with an event or two at the Bass Lake Summer Splash. Are you willing to offer an hour or two to help with an event?  You can be provided with a "to do" list for a short time frame.  If you're up to the challenge, please send a "contact us" note.  That's all we need you to do.  Simple!   Be a part of the Festival by volunteering an hour or two.  Thanks!
