Boa Shores Property Owners Improvement Association

    Boa Shores Property Owners Improvement Association (BSPOIA) offers its members a unique opportunity in the Bass Lake area. The Boa Shores community has a deeded beach to which all BSPOIA members are given 200 feet of lake access.  

Our beach is secured and fenced in with its own private boat ramp with a large parking area for golf carts.  The sandy play area for the children is complimented by the swimming area where children and adults alike can enjoy a day at the beach in a safe and leisurely environment.  On the east side of the beach there’s ample room for beach volleyball and bean bag tournaments.  The benches allow our members to enjoy the beach even when a towel or blanket is forgotten, or when a walk to the beach leads to a lulling of the senses while gazing at the water or the sunset.  The shade trees offer a respite from the hot sun to enjoy the cooling lake breeze.

Membership also brings the opportunity to obtain a pier at a very reasonable price, in the immediate area.  The Boa Shores Boat Club offers boat piers right at the Boa Shores Beach.  There’s no need to travel across the lake to find a space for your boat.  Please check the Boat Club page for more information.

The Boa Shores community is unique in the Bass Lake area.  Lake front property is not necessary to enjoy the amenities of beach front property.  Living in Boa Shores offers a value to each and every home that isn’t available anywhere else in Bass Lake.  We’re a community of people that come together with a common goal of bringing and maintaining a value to our homes that is unmatched in the rest of Bass Lake.
